New DIG DUG is an upgraded version of the original DIG DUG (which was also included in New DIG DUG). It was released solely in America until Namco Gallery Vol. 2 in Japan.
Gameplay[]
New DIG DUG has slightly different gameplay then most DIG DUG titles. It requires the player to find several keys through out a level in order to open a gate to the next level. If an enemy was killed it would respawn later, Similar to DIG DUG S.
